Day 326
Last Tuesday, Sherwin, Candy, and I passed by Mary Grace Café (which serves amazing iced tea, if I may add) in Alabang Town Center and Candy took notice of the round bird cage outside the shop. I thought it was a nice touch, certainly in keeping with the café’s homespun motif. I’m not exactly on board with the idea of keeping an actual bird for the BIRD cage but I think the cage itself would make a nice decorative item in the terrace or patio of any home. Well, to my surprise, there was one in our house tonight.
I didn’t know about this. Apparently, my mum had it handcrafted in a furniture shop in Mabitac, Laguna. This may be one for the birds as we have no plans of taking care of another pet, much less confining it in its own prison. But how can you not love the idea.
