Day 22 - A photo of your town I was born in Los Baños, Laguna and have lived here almost all my life so there is no question that this is my town and my hometown. I’m not sure if it was Candy or I who shot this picture but it was taken almost two years ago — November 2009, to be exact. Also, this is not exactly my side of town but you can see Laguna de Bay and the Crocodile Lake, neither of which I’ve really explored yet! If you look closely, you’d see that this is not a very pretty picture. This area of Los Baños suffered badly from Typhoon Ondoy, which hit the country a month and a half before the photo was taken. We shot pictures from the National Arts Center so we literally had a bird’s eye view of the devastation brought about by this typhoon. * * * This entry a part of the 30 Day Picture Challenge

Day 22 - A photo of your town
